Separate hostels for men and women are available in the campus. The Men’s Hostels can accommodate 475 students and the Ladies’ Hostel can accommodate 350 students. There is a separate hostel for first year boys inside the campus. Security personnel have been deployed at the hostels round the clock and take care of any exigencies.
College buses are scheduled from Tripunithura, Ernakulam, North Paravoor and Thrissur which covers all pick up points of the city and scheduled as per the convenience of class timings for staff and students.

There are 707 computers connected in network having 2 Leased line Internet connectivity with a speed of 10Mbps, Licensed versions of software like Oracle, Java, VB, C++, Unix, Windows etc. Battery and generator backups are provided for uninterrupted power supply for all computers.
The Library has over 32005 books on all relevant engineering and technology subjects. The library subscribes 107 national and 23 international journals. The library is also having Delnet facility. The Library has a carpet area of 500 sq.m. and is kept open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all working days so as to enable the students make full use of the facility. A new building block exclusively for Library is also under construction.
There are 60 spacious classrooms with multimedia projectors and OHPs.
There are 3 Auditoriums, Air – conditioned and well furnished 3 Seminar Halls and 6 Conference rooms with various seating capacities for conducting technical, cultural and placement activities.
A state of the art cafeteria with a most modern centralized food production facility is also in place which serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. This facility can serve 1500 students at a time.
