MBA CLASS COMMENCEMENT DETAILS

Sub: MBA Foundation programme –31July 2017

We look forward to welcoming you on 31st July  2017 to the Foundation Programme of the 15th Batch of Master of Business Administration programme.  You are advised to report at the School Campus at 9.30 a.m. the same day.
 
We have a formal inauguration followed by a talk by the Principal to parents.
 
Regular classes will commence from 01/08/2017.
 
Students are requested to submit the following original documents for completion of their admission procedure.
 
1. Migration Certificate (If degree from University other than MG University)
2. Eligibility Certificate (If Degree from outside Kerala)
3. SSLC/CBSE/ICSE certificates/ mark lists
4. Pre Degree/ Plus Two mark list/ certificate
5. Original Degree Certificate and Mark Lists of all semesters / years
6. Transfer Certificate
7. Entrance Score card
 
Final year students will have to submit the degree certificate and all degree mark lists positively by 30th August 2017.
 
Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the following fees due to the University has to be remitted at the college office through a Demand Draft taken in favour of SSTM , payable at Ernakulam. . The annual fee has to be paid at the beginning of the 1st year and 2nd year.

You should also produce a medical fitness certificate (as per the format given in the website), from a certified medical practitioner. The Medical Fitness Certificate should be countersigned by your parent
 
The affidavits ( given in the website)  are to be signed and submitted along with the Medical Fitness Certificate on the day of class commencement.
 
The Hostel  Rent advance for six months (Rs.15,000/-) is to be paid through a Demand Draft in favour of SSTM, on the date of class commencement along with the filled up hostel application form.  Students are required to come prepared for joining  the hostel on 31/07/2017 itself.

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR FRESHERS
           
DRESS CODE: 
 
DRESS CODE – GIRLS
  • Girl students may wear either Sarees or Salwar- Kameez in the Campus. No other form of dressing is permitted.
  • Sleeveless dress and Tights are not permitted.
  • Sandals or shoes may be used as footwear.
 
DRESS CODE – BOYS
 
  • Students are expected to wear formal dress with full sleeves shirt, black leather shoes and tie in the Campus.
  • Jeans, trousers with jeans type stitching and Corduroy trousers are not permitted
  • Low waist trousers are also not permitted in the Campus.
  • Students are advised to check the collar size and fit while buying new shirts.
  • Boys should be clean shaven (moustache permitted)
 
COLOURING  OF HAIR IS NOT PERMITTED
 
Common:  track suit and shoes appropriate for trekking and outbound  training  in cold and rainy weather.
                                                                   
ACCESSORIES:   
 
(i) Cell phones are strictly banned within the Campus.  However, students are permitted to use the same in the hostels.     
                                                                             
(ii) Students should make their own arrangements for laptops, stationery like notebooks, writing material etc.
 
ATM FACILITY:  ATM facility of State Bank of India and ICICI Bank is available at the                              Campus.
