  • Community / Income Certificate as proof in support of any claim for reservation (SC/ST/OEC/OBC category)

  • Three copies each of 10th , 12th & Diploma Mark list and Certificate
  • Five photographs – Four passport size and one stamp size
  • Copy of Aadhar card
  • Candidates who passed their qualifying examination from Universities/Boards outside the State shall produce “Eligibility Certificate / Equivalency Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.
(B) Details of fees to be remitted at the time of Enrollment at the College.
  • Admission Fee - Rs.100/-
  • Prospectus - Rs.300/-
  • Caution Deposit (Refundable) - Rs.10,000/-
  • ID Card - Rs.500/-
  • Administration Fee - Rs.1,000/-                                                     Total : Rs.20,150/-
  • KTU – Sports & Arts Fee - Rs.500/-
  • KTU Student Affiliation Fee - Rs. 750/-
  • PTA Fund - Rs.2,000/-
  • Value Added Course fee - Rs.5,000/
(C) Hostel accommodation (available for Boys & Girls)
  • Those requiring hostel accommodations have to fill up the application form and remit the following fees.
  • Hostel caution deposit (Refundable) - Rs.5,000/-
  • Advance Hostel Rent for one month - Rs.2,000/-                                                Total : Rs. 10,600/-
  • One month advance towards mess fee - Rs.3,600/-
(D ) Transportation.
Those requiring transport facility by College bus have to fill up the form and remit the fee for six months. Transport facility will be available from Vytila, Thripunithura (Seaport Airport road), Thoppumpady, Valanjambalam, GCDA, Palarivattom, Highcourt Junction, Vaduthala, Perumbavoor, Paravur, Kodungallur Thrissur and Irinjalakuda to College and back.
Mode of fee collection and refund to students who are admitted under Government Allotment.
Students can pay the fees using any one of the following options at the time of joining B. Tech through Government Allotment.
(1) By Demand draft in the name of "SCMS SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY" payable at Kalamassery/ Ernakulam
(2) Students can pay fees by NEFT/RTGS as per the Beneficiary details given below. Proof of the fund transfer details to be submitted at the time of admission.

Refund procedure
Refund to students who shift from our college to other colleges under government allotment will be issued through account payee cheque in the name of Student/Parent.

1) Students are instructed to keep sufficient copies of their 10th, 12th Mark List & Entrance Rank certificate for future requirements.
2) Enrolled students are advised to open a bank account in Union Bank of India, SSET College Branch at the time of admission for all future online transactions. Fee payments will be permitted only through online transactions.
