  • Service discovery, recommendation, composition, orchestration, and workflow integration.
  • QoS management, service testing, performance evaluation, and benchmarking.
  • Cloud, edge, mobile, and distributed service architectures.
  • Web 3.0, blockchain-based services, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized service models.
  • Service applications in IoT, cyber-physical systems, digital twins, Industry 4.0, metaverse, chatbots, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Datasets, benchmark suites, reproducibility, and evaluation methodologies for service computing.
  • Emerging technologies for advanced service-oriented computing, including quantum service computing, Green IT, RPA, VR/AR, and 5G-enabled services.

Submission Types

ICWSC 2027 welcomes the following types of submissions:

  • Industry papers highlighting real-world implementations, deployments, and lessons learned.
  • Vision and position papers outlining future research directions.
  • Case studies and experience reports from academia, industry, and public-sector settings.
