Johannes Fritsch, a German national, was born on April 3, 1950, in Saulgau, Germany. He currently resides at Doggenriedstraße, 88250 Weingarten, Germany. Johannes Fritsch pursued his professional education and academic degrees in various institutions. From 1966 to 1968, he attended Karl Kässbohrer Fahrzeugwerke GmbH in Ulm. Subsequently, he studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Ulm from 1968 to 1971, earning the degree of Ing.(grad) with distinction. He then continued his education in Physics, first at the University of Stuttgart from 1971 to 1973, and then at Ludwig-Maximilians-University München from 1973 to 1976. At the latter institution, he obtained a Diplom-Physiker degree with the distinction of “Sehr gut.” Finally, from 1976 to 1980, Johannes Fritsch conducted his doctoral research on “Environmental Influences on Easily Polarizable Hydrogen Bonds” at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, University München, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Ertel and Prof. Dr. Georg Zundel. He was awarded the degree of Dr.rer.nat., “Magna cum laude,” for his doctoral thesis.
