SCMS Water Institute, Civil Engineering department of SSET & Kerala Water Authority jointly organized a Workshop on ‘Technical Report Writing’12th August 2021. Dr. Shyju P. Thadathil, Executive Engineer, Project Planning and Development Unit of KWA was the resource person. The faculty of SSET have participated in the workshop. The main objectives of the workshop were the acquisition of skill and knowledge in areas of water, energy, environment and technological innovations, social outreach and providing pointers to upgrading organization/institution  with world-class work culture. During the session, the resource person explained how to prepare a technical report with the help of several case studies. Also, an assignment to prepare a technical report for a project was also given. This training session helped the faculty to enhance their technical writing skills.
