Orientation program for 9th batch of students held from 2nd November 2022 to 11th November 2022. The students were welcomed into the institute with the inaugural event on 2nd November 2022, where Group Director Dr. Baiju Radhakrishnan gave the presidential address and the new batch was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Group director, Principal, Ar. John Kuruvilla, Dr. Meril George and 2 students. This was followed by an interaction session with all the faculty members where students were introduced to campus and the course. The following days included workshops and ice breaking sessions to give students an orientation to the course. These included Theatre workshop by Actor Manu Jose and Personality development workshop by Mr. Sandeep K to reduce inhibitions and to imbibe team building skills. These were followed by ice breaking sessions and a watercolor workshop. The orientation programs ended with a two-day plein air sketching workshop in Fort Kochi where students were encouraged to observe and then document buildings and urban life of Fort Kochi.
