SCMS School of Architecture celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June as part of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) programme with yoga session conducted for both faculty members and students. The session aimed to promote physical and mental well-being and to encourage students to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. Mrs Niya Suku, physical training instructor of SSA led the participants through a series of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation practices, emphasizing the importance of consistency and mindfulness in daily life. Participants expressed a sense of calm and rejuvenation by the end of the session. The event served as a reminder that balance in both body and mind is essential for leading a purposeful and productive life.
