From 10th to 12th September, Semester 9 Urban Design students visited Kochi Marine Drive for their skyline redesign project, coordinated by AD Faculties Ar. Tara Pandala, Ar. Vinu Elias Jacob, and Ar. Angel Roselin. The visit provided firsthand insights into the urban fabric, public usage patterns, architectural styles, and heritage structures. Observing the site on-ground enabled students to identify opportunities and constraints, ensuring their redesign is context-sensitive, sustainable, and aligned with Kochi’s identity and future aspirations.
