Explore the SCMS School of Architecture campus, where every corner is designed for learning and living. Established in 2014 in the lush landscapes of Kerala, our campus is a spacious, well-equipped haven for aspiring architects. It features a blend of modern classrooms, comfortable dormitories and state-of-the-art facilities. Here, students are nurtured for both professional excellence and personal growth. With more than 2400 volumes on various subjects
of architecture and a large number of national and
international technical journals on architecture and
allied subjects, the School of Architecture Library
is more than equipped to meet the requirements of
the B.Arch programme. The library is open from
8AM to 8PM on all working days, to enable students
to use the facility even after regular class hours.
SSA has established state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities for
conducting the B.Arch programme. A creative learning environment is
supported through spacious, well-ventilated and lit studios, supported
by latest teaching aids. Well-equipped workshops and art studios
enable students to convert their ideas into objects and gain hands on
experience. A seminar hall is available for larger gatherings.
Understanding the indispensable role of technology in modern architectural pursuits, our lab is outfitted with state-of-the-art computing equipment, tailored to cater to the intricate demands of architectural design and analysis.
Spacious common areas are used for the display of student works and open design reviews, motivating students to raise their level of performance.
Design includes selection of appropriate materials. SSA has dedicated over 1000 sq.ft. of space for a material museum, providing students with physical samples of building materials, exposing them to developments in the building material sector enabling them to make informed choices about the materials proposed for their designs. Technical brochures help them in the detailing of their designs.
Designed as an informal gallery, this area is outfitted with versatile pin-up boards, ensuring every piece of work is displayed to its best advantage. This space not only showcases the artistic prowess of our students but also serves as an inspirational hub for peers, faculty and visitors to immerse themselves in the world of design and innovation.
SSA offers comfortable and secure separate hostel facilities for male and female students, fostering a community atmosphere. The hostels are equipped with essential amenities, ensuring a homely and conducive living environment. Dedicated staff focus on safety and well-being, making it a home away from home for students.
SSA provides a fleet of college buses, covering key locations in Kerala, ensuring convenient and timely transportation for students and staff. The bus service is meticulously scheduled to align with class timings, offering a hassle-free commute to and from the campus.
The architecture library acts as a healthy “space” where ideas can flourish, live, grow and even be protected.
SSA Library is with more than 2000 books and 25 National and 3 international Journals in an area of 201 square meter.

The architectural design studio is a physical environment where students are primarily taught the aspects of design education. SSA is having ten studios cum Lecture Halls with an area of 250 sq.m per studio.

The quality of teaching and learning of Architecture design & Drafting can be improved the use of softwares in the computer labs. SSA Computer Lab is well equipped with 40 computers with latest design software.
SCMS Group does not compromise on quality of any aspect that is necessary for imparting quality education. SSA has established a modern Graphics Studio with state-of-the-art computer systems operated on LAN and latest software necessary for architecture students. The Computer Lab is equipped with 40 computer systems translating into a 1:1 student- computer ratio. The Computer Lab is equipped with latest software necessary for architectural drawing, design and presentation. Special care is taken to teach not only basic drawing tools but also to give exposure to rendering and 3 D software. The Computer Lab is accessible to all students on demand.
SSA is with well equipped model making workshop, Carpentry, Survey and Electrical Workshops and Visual arts Studio.

A spacious and fully equipped seminar Hall accommodate 200 persons for conducting seminars, guest lectures, workshops or conferences.
SSA have more than 250 square meter area as informal exhibition space for exhibiting students works equipped with pin-up boards
We are sharing the Boys and Girls hostel facilities with the SCMS School of Engineeringand Technology.
A fleet of 22 college buses is provided for students and staff to Thoppumpadi, Tripunithura, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kodungallur, Perumbavoor and Thrissur which covers all pick up points of the city and scheduled as per the convenience of class timings for staff and students.
