Counseling & Mentoring

  • At SSTM, we understand that the journey of learning is not just about academic excellence but also about personal growth and emotional well-being. Our dedicated Counseling & Mentoring program is a testament to this belief, providing a supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and psychologically.
  • Each semester, students are grouped under the guidance of a faculty mentor, with around 10 students per group. These mentors meet with their group for one hour each week, engaging in activities that delve into the underlying issues affecting motivation, self-esteem, or performance. Through group activities, games, and motivational talks, students are encouraged to open up and work through their challenges, while also honing the skills necessary for successful placements.
  • To inspire and enable students to actively learn and develop their talent and skills.
  • To create, perform, and experience work in a variety of art forms.
  • Various activities were conducted to enhance the artistic talents of students.

Objectives of the Program
