SWARA, the women’s cell at SCMS School of Technology and Management, is dedicated to empowering women students and staff. It aims to enhance self-esteem, self-confidence and decision-making abilities, while also raising awareness on women-related social issues, health, employment and gender matters. SWARA stands as a beacon of support and empowerment within the SSTM community.
