GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

At the SCMS School of Technology and Management (SSTM), we are steadfast in our commitment to student welfare. In alignment with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) regulations, we have instituted a robust Grievance Redressal Committee. This committee is dedicated to the prompt and fair resolution of grievances to maintain a harmonious academic atmosphere.

The committee is designed to be approachable and efficient, ensuring that the grievances of students, parents, and other stakeholders are addressed with immediacy and sensitivity. Grievances can be submitted in writing or via email to the committee for a resolution that is both just and timely.

 In the rare instance that a resolution does not satisfy the concerned party, the Ombudsman is readily available to intervene. The appointed Ombudsman, Geetha Sasikumar, with her extensive experience, ensures that grievances are resolved within a month, upholding the rights and interests of all parties involved.

Further enhancing accessibility, the University Grants Commission’s Online Student’s Grievance Redressal Portal serves as an additional avenue for students to lodge their grievances and seek redressal

The committee is a balanced representation of faculty and students, ensuring diverse perspectives and equitable solutions.
