B.TECH ADMISSION (MANAGEMENT QUOTA)  (2020-21)

 
The candidates who have taken admission under the Management and CWGC quota are required to report at the Karukutty Campus as per the schedule given below for enrollment:
 

 
Candidates need to bring the documents given under (A) and pay the remaining tuition fee and enrollment fee mentioned under (B) . 
Rest of fee will be collected on a later date 


(A)     Original documents to be furnished for verification at the time of enrollment.

• 10^th Mark List  
• 12^th Mark List 
• Conduct Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Pass Certificate (CBSE/ISCE Candidates only)
• Admit Card  (M.Q. Candidates only)    
• Rank Certificate/Data Sheet of Entrance Exam            
• Physical fitness certificate
• Three copies each of 10^th& 12^th Mark list.
• Four photographs – Three  passport size and one stamp size
• Copy of Aadhar card

  
 
(B)      Details of fees to be remitted at the time of Enrollment at the College.
 

• Admission Fee                                                    –  Rs.100/-
• Prospectus                                                          –  Rs.300/-
• Caution Deposit (Refundable*)                            –  Rs.10,000/-          
• ID Card                                                                –  Rs.500/-
• Administration Fee                                              –  Rs.1,000/-
• KTU Exam Fee                                                    –  Rs.1,500/-
• KTU – Sports & Arts Fee                                     –  Rs.500/-
• PTA Fund                                                             –  Rs.2,000/-
• Value Added Course  fee                                     –  Rs.5,000/

Total : Rs.20,900/-
 
*After deduction Rs. 250/- towards Alumni registration                                             
 
(C)      Hostel accommodation (available for Boys & Girls)
Those requiring hostel accommodations have to fill up the application form. Fee structure is as follows to be paid at time of hostel enrollment on a later date.
 
Hostel caution deposit (Refundable)                     – Rs.5,000/-

• Advance Hostel Rent for six months         – Rs.2,000/-per month           
• One month advance towards mess fee     – Rs.3,600/-

Total : Rs. 20,600/-
 
(D)      Transportation.
Those requiring transport facility by College bus have to fill up the form now and remit the fee for six months upon intimation on a later date. Transport facility will be available from Vytila, Thripunithura(Seaport Airport road), Thoppumpady, Valanjambalam, GCDA, Palarivattom, Highcourt Junction, Vaduthala, Perumbavoor, Paravur, Kodungallur, Irinjalakuda and Thrissur to College and back. 
 
(E)         Uniform
 Uniform material will be available in the Campus store and can be procured when intimated.
 
Mode of fee collection from students who are admitted

Students can pay the remaining tuition fees and Rs.20,900 using any one of the following options at the time of enrollment.

1. By Demand draft in the name of “SCMS SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY” payable at Kalamassery/ Ernakulam.
2. Students can pay fees by NEFT/RTGS as per the Beneficiary details given below. Proof of the fund transfer details to be submitted at the time of enrollment.

1) Students are instructed to keep sufficient copies of their 10^th, 12^th Mark List & Entrance Rank certificate for future requirements.
2) Enrolled students are advised to open a bank account in Union Bank of India, SSET College Branch at the time of admission for all future online transactions. Fee payments will be permitted only through online transactions.
