Staff Recreation
Overview
SSET staff actively participate in various recreational events throughout the year. Celebrations include vibrant Christmas events in 2015 and 2016, where staff showcased their talents and enjoyed carols. They also took part in the “All Kerala Engineering College Cricket Tournament” in 2016 and celebrated Onam with traditional festivities. Additionally, an interdepartmental badminton tournament was held in 2017 with participation from multiple departments.
Christmas 2015 Celebrations
Organized by SSET staff on 18th December 2015. It was a vibrant event with wholehearted participation from the staff, featuring fun games, showcasing of extracurricular talents, and a delightful Christmas carol.
All Kerala Engineering College Cricket Tournament
SSET staff participated in this event organized by Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur in April 2016.
Onam 2016 Celebrations
Held on September 10th, 2016, it was colorfully celebrated with Onappattu, Pookalam, and Thiruvathira Kali. A delicious Onam sadhya was served at the college canteen.
Christmas 2016 Celebrations
Took place on 23rd December 2016 with programmes such as fun games, showcasing of extracurricular talents, and a delightful Christmas carol. The release of the SSET staff family photo album was a main attraction.
Interdepartmental Badminton Tournament
Organized in January 2017, where 16 teams from 7 departments participated.
