At SCMS School of Engineering & Technology, we prioritize the safety and well-being of every individual. In line with the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, we’ve established an Internal Complaints Committee. This dedicated committee vigilantly addresses and prevents any form of sexual harassment, ensuring our institution remains a bastion of respect and dignity.
Sexual harassment against women is not only a breach of trust but also a grave societal concern. We stand firm in our commitment to prohibit such acts, and our Internal Complaints Committee is empowered to take stringent actions against any violations, upholding the sanctity of our institution’s values.
